Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Analyze client business challenges related to product information management and omnichannel experiences.
• Define and implement comprehensive PXM strategies, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Oversee complex solutions integrating PIM, DAM, PLM, and eCommerce systems.
• Lead discovery phases and ensure alignment with executive-level stakeholders.
• Mentor consultants and provide functional oversight across client engagements.
• Support business development by scoping, solutioning, and presenting to prospective clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario or Québec, Canada
• Proven experience in PXM/PIM consulting, strategy definition, and implementation.
• Strong expertise in product data management, product lifecycle, and omnichannel experience.
• Hands-on experience with PIM platforms such as Inriver, Akeneo, or Salsify.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and client engagements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital transformation programs in commerce or product data environments.
• Familiarity with integration architectures and enterprise ecosystems.
• Experience contributing to sales cycles, proposals, and solutioning.
• Certifications in PIM platforms or relevant technologies.
• Exposure to change management methodologies and organizational transformation.
