TL;DR
Management Consultant / Business Analyst (AI): Supporting clients through business, technology, and AI-enabled transformation with an accent on process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. Focus on translating complex business needs into actionable outcomes and applying Generative AI to improve business processes and decision-making.
Location: Must be based in Edmonton, AB, Canada (may be required to work East Coast hours).

What you will do
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives, current-state challenges, and transformation goals.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate processes, and align stakeholders.
- Create and analyze business process maps (as-is and to-be) to identify gaps and dependencies.
- Document business rules, functional requirements, and process specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct fit/gap analysis and support feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses.
- Support change management activities and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or IT.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or PM/Scrum Master on IT projects.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into non-technical terms.
- Must be comfortable working in complex and ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Formal SCRUM or AGILE certifications.
- Business Analyst or Change Management certifications.
