What you will do

• Define the analytical approach for projects and translate business objectives into effective solution requirements.
• Support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from initial discovery through implementation and delivery.
• Co-create delivery plans, product roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and cross-functional discussions.
• Coordinate between UX designers, architects, and developers to shape feasible technical solutions.
• Provide analytical leadership and mentor less experienced analysts to improve organizational best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex IT projects across multiple industries.
• Practical experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Valid work permit and residency in the European Union region.
• Experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve productivity and quality of analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience in product management or as a Product Owner.
• Professional certifications in business analysis or Agile delivery.
• Knowledge of process modeling techniques such as BPMN or UML.
• Experience applying GenAI in a structured way within the SDLC.
• Experience collaborating with UX teams and user-centered design methodologies.
