Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in banking strategy, digital transformation, or solution advisory.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in core banking, payments, and regulatory contexts.
• Proven track record in strategic presales or customer-facing product strategy.
• Ability to influence C-level executives and shape solution direction.
• Fluency in English required; German is an advantage.
• Must be based in Germany, UK, or Austria.
