What you will do

• Own the end-to-end operating strategy and financial performance of a portfolio of DACH services, including P&L and budget forecasting.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in real time while coordinating with on-the-ground teams.
• Develop and refine operating plans, staffing models, and scheduling strategies.
• Drive strategic initiatives with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, riders, and government stakeholders.
• Define KPIs and present performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in startups, tech, consulting, or finance.
• Native-level or C2 German and professional English proficiency required.
• Strong financial fluency with experience managing P&L and data-driven decision-making.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set strategy and execute hands-on.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
