Account Manager (Hybrid)

Salary: $80,000.00–$90,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Manage and maintain an assigned book of business
• Serve in an advisory capacity and act as the main point of contact for benefits-related service needs
• Delegate work to internal service team members and manage day-to-day client issues
• Lead the renewal process with Benefits Consultants and/or Client Executives
• Run needs analysis and strategy calls, including enrollment meetings as needed
• Conduct regular face-to-face client meetings and advise on cost reduction while supporting cross-sale growth

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role
• Prior experience in a broker agency or benefits administration firm
• Current Life and Health license
• Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work with clients at a strategic level and thrive in a fast-paced environment
