Salary: $55,000 - $58,000

What you will do

  • Maintain and monitor upfront and scatter deals within the order management system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding advertiser schedules.
  • Coordinate client brand allocations, reconcile account discrepancies, and issue change notices.
  • Collaborate with Sales Planning, Account Executives, and Marketing to ensure marketing elements are executed correctly.
  • Steward deals through careful monitoring of delivery and offer recap packages to clients.
  • Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to work onsite in New York 4 days per week.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and quantitative reasoning skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
