Leadperson (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the company’s manufacturing facility in Franklin, New Hampshire, United States; third shift.

What you will do

• Support the department supervisor and coordinate work assignments to meet production orders, customer demands, and shipping schedules.
• Assist employees by answering questions, solving problems, reviewing quality, and providing training.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems and coordinate with maintenance and support departments.
• Lead daily tier meetings and act as an informal leader who supports employee engagement and positive employee relations.
• Drive continuous process improvement with the Continuous Improvement team, inventory accuracy, and 5S standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment, follow PPE requirements, and immediately escalate safety concerns and incidents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices.
• Ability to work onsite at the Franklin, NH manufacturing facility on the third shift.
• Successful establishment of employment eligibility, background checks, and required pre-employment testing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the manufacturing floor, and lift or push up to 25 pounds.
