What you will do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day interface for customers, managing project-level needs and expectations.
- Develop and deliver accurate quotes while coordinating with the delivery team to transition projects into field surveys.
- Support Account Directors in account interactions and proactively solicit business from assigned and unassigned accounts.
- Leverage deep knowledge of products and services to identify and fulfill client needs beyond initial requests.
- Collaborate seamlessly with sales and client service teams to drive outstanding outcomes and maximize bid efficiency.
- Monitor the marketplace for competitive insights and opportunities to contribute to industry growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.A.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, with a focus on building trust-based relationships.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver powerful and engaging messages.
- Collaborative approach to negotiations and objection handling.
- Ability to work in a full-time capacity with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction.
