What you will do

  • Grow the New Haven territory by creating and executing smart territory plans.
  • Identify opportunities and build partnerships with healthcare professionals (MDs, DOs, RNs, CDEs, RPhs, etc.).
  • Meet or exceed sales goals using advanced sales methodologies (Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Management).
  • Provide product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators.
  • Represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach.
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting; collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Field-based role based in the New Haven, Connecticut market.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes/endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% within the territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving market.

  • Base pay: $91,890–$112,310 annually; target earning potential: $166,890–$187,310 annually.
