What you will do
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by targeting EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators across hospitals, IDNs, and private practices.
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan, leading the full sales cycle from lead generation and needs assessment to contract close and onboarding.
- Deliver data-driven sales presentations and establish long-term relationships with KOLs, physicians, and executive stakeholders to build champions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce.com for forecasting, territory planning, and timely reporting.
- Manage account performance and operational health, including training, inventory management, workflow optimization, and usage growth.
- Analyze territory performance and competitive activity to refine strategies and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
Requirements
- Location: Remote (US)
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of successful sales experience, including at least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
- Proven success capturing market share, launching new territories/products, or displacing incumbents through value-based selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strategic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approximately 4.5 days/week in the field).

Salary: $90,000 – $180,000 (estimated pay range); total compensation roughly 180,000 with a 50/50 split.
