Focus on providing clinical expertise to healthcare professionals and patients to improve outcomes for those living with Type 1 diabetes.

Location: Must be based in and eligible to work in Belgium. This role is remote with up to 80% travel within the territory.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed territory goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Provide clinical education and technical training on insulin pump therapy to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and differentiate Tandem technology from legacy systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address post-sale needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all business activities in the CRM.

Requirements

• Must be based in and eligible to work in Belgium.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, diabetes care, or a related clinical field.
• Proficiency in diabetes self-management, including insulin pumps, AID systems, and CGMs.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within the territory and hold a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for influencing clinical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Nursing background or Dietitian qualification.
• Previous experience engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Direct knowledge of or experience with Type 1 diabetes patients.
