Clinical Specialist (Medical Technology)

Location: Madrid, Spain. Remote work from home while covering Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha and Castilla y León; requires 60% travel with overnight stays within the territory.

What you will do

• Educate customers and healthcare professionals on Masimo products and solutions.
• Develop research accounts and conduct and follow up on clinical evaluations of Masimo technology.
• Plan and execute key-account sales programs with sales colleagues, distributors, and regional partners.
• Coordinate resources and maintain alignment with distribution, product design, regulatory, and production stakeholders.
• Demonstrate products, explain competitive positioning, and train partner sales teams and end users.
• Deliver presentations communicating the product vision and value proposition.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist preferred; other relevant disciplines may be considered based on experience.
• At least 2–3 years of direct experience in critical care, NICU, PICU, operating rooms, or emergency medicine; neonatal and pediatric experience is highly advantageous.
• Prior sales or clinical support experience and direct customer interaction experience.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Ability to travel 60% of the time, including overnight travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record required.
