Clinical Specialist (d/f/m) (MedTech)

Location: Remote role covering North Rhine-Westphalia, primarily Cologne and Düsseldorf, Germany; approximately 60% travel within the assigned territory, including customer visits and occasional overnight stays.

What you will do

• Support the implementation and use of non-invasive patient monitoring technologies at customer sites.
• Develop tailored customer solutions with the Sales team and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
• Train clinical and nursing staff at customer sites and the Masimo training center.
• Present technologies at workshops, trade fairs, and congresses.
• Document and communicate customer feedback through the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Technical Service, and international teams.

Requirements

• Medical qualification, such as registered nurse, cardiac technician, or comparable healthcare professional.
• Strong clinical expertise and understanding of hospital processes and patient monitoring technologies.
• Confident communication skills with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to develop customer solutions collaboratively.
• Fluent German and good working knowledge of English.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and ability to travel approximately 60% within the assigned territory.
