Account Manager (Medtech)

Location: Remote from Poland; the role requires up to 80% overnight travel within Poland and occasional travel to other European countries or beyond.

What you will do

• Achieve revenue targets and drive profitable growth across an assigned territory.
• Develop and execute account plans, identify customer needs, and generate new sales opportunities.
• Build customer relationships through consultative selling, visits, presentations, demonstrations, and industry events.
• Lead tenders, quotations, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Use CRM and strategic selling tools for opportunity management, forecasting, market monitoring, and pipeline accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
• Multiple years of relevant Account Manager experience in the medical industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to travel up to 80% required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of IHC and pathology workflows and solutions.
• Knowledge of public procurement procedures in the medical industry.
• Knowledge of the pathology market in Poland.
