Location: Must be based in or near Richmond, Virginia. This is a field-based and hybrid role requiring 80% travel within the assigned territory.

Salary: $91,890 – $112,310 base annually (Target earning potential: $166,890 – $187,310).

What you will do

  • Promote Tandem Diabetes products and services to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Identify sales leads and develop business relationships to achieve territory sales goals.
  • Provide technical education and support to physicians, clinical educators, and patients regarding insulin pump therapy.
  • Lead strategic business planning, including forecasting and objective setting for the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialists to address pre and post-sales inquiries.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Must be based in the Richmond, Virginia area.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, or insulin infusion pumps.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to travel at least 80% of the time.
