Salary: $90,000 – $180,000

What you will do
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators within hospitals and private practices.
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan emphasizing market penetration and product adoption.
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and needs assessment to contract closure and onboarding.
- Deliver high-impact, data-driven presentations to communicate the clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce.com to track account health and activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including KAMs, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
- Strong preference for experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
- Proven success in capturing market share and displacing incumbents through value-based selling.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approx. 4.5 days/week in field).
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
