What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve decision systems and predictive models.
• Explore internal and external data sources to enhance model performance.
• Design, implement, and analyze in-market experiments for new algorithms and technologies.
• Prototype solutions to business problems using cutting-edge technologies.
• Recommend and support strategic changes through rigorous analytics and creative problem-solving.
• Identify and evaluate advanced analytics methods to drive business impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in the continental US.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Math, Stats, Econ, Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science).
• Proficiency with R, Python, machine learning tools, and SQL.
• Proven track record of applying advanced models to real-world problems.
• Experience with agentic AI use and implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Git.
