What you will do

• Architect and deploy end-to-end data science and agentic AI systems, from foundational capabilities to production.
• Build and validate high-complexity predictive models and machine learning solutions to solve core business problems.
• Define enterprise-level best practices for AI/ML experimentation, governance, and operationalization.
• Manage and mentor a team of three data scientists, overseeing their growth and career trajectories.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align AI investments with business strategy.
• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate model effectiveness and impact.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience leading and growing a data science team.
• Proven track record of architecting and deploying production ML models at scale.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems, LLM applications, or NLP solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like ClickHouse, Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
