What you will do

• Define and lead the roadmap for GTM Intelligence and Technical Success insight products in partnership with cross-functional leaders.
• Build the data science foundation for Technical Success, including core metrics, customer health definitions, and playbook analytics.
• Develop propensity score, predictive, and causal models for customer health, expansion propensity, and churn risk.
• Design next-best-action systems that identify account opportunities and risks and recommend specific playbooks.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of data scientists and analytics partners as the function scales.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and RevOps to improve data foundations connecting product telemetry and commercial context.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in applied data science, analytics, machine learning, or quantitative strategy.
• Deep technical skill in SQL and Python for building production-quality models and decision systems.
• Strong applied experience with statistical modeling, causal inference, and recommendation systems.
• Experience building production data products for GTM, Sales, or Customer Success in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of leading teams, mentoring talent, and setting technical standards.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
