What you will do

• Develop and deploy custom machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
• Mine, clean, and transform large datasets from diverse sources including SQL, AWS, Azure, and Snowflake.
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using PowerBI to present findings to senior leadership.
• Identify and integrate new data sources from the web and public aggregators.
• Mentor junior analysts and team members while acting as a subject matter expert in data science.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance through automation and programmatic solutions.

Requirements

• PhD degree required in a quantitative or programming discipline (e.g., Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics).
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and 1+ years of programming experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying predictive machine learning models.
• Experience training LLM models for specialized use cases.
• Competency navigating and working within the AWS cloud suite.
