Location: Hybrid in Frankfurt, Germany. This role requires work from Europe and focuses on the DACH market.

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales-cycle, from initial interest to deal close, coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
  • Build relationships with executives at all levels and in all industries to close deals within mid-sized corporate organizations.
  • Consult with prospects and existing customers regarding business objectives and requirements, building long-lasting partnerships.
  • Model a wide range of use cases in which hirify.global can drive business transformation across different industries.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • First-hand experience as a B2B Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS B2B or finance product.
  • Ability to open and develop a mid-market across the DACH market.
  • Proven track record of partnering with business leaders, developing long-term relationships, and closing deals.
  • Affinity for tech and product issues, and/or relevant experience in finance or business planning.
  • Deep track record of creating significant revenue impact for your organization.
  • Resourceful and creative problem-solver when faced with clients' business needs.
