What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to present solutions, prepare SOWs, and manage pricing strategies.
• Partner with Data Science teams to design and execute Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for non-technical government stakeholders.
• Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and research briefs in collaboration with Product Marketing.
• Lead project meetings to align resources and prioritize deliverables for maximum business impact.
• Serve as the day-to-day technical expert for both direct field sales and channel sales teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with comfort for up to 50% travel.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in consulting, product management, or sales engineering.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level engagements involving analytics or software.
• Prior domain expertise with NIST identity standards and government regulations.
• Strong technical depth including ML/DS technologies, SDLC, and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to synthesize complex statistical observations into clear, actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in State Government with enterprise-level engagements.
• Experience working with document image capture, OCR, or CV tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, math, or computer science.
