Security Representative

TL;DR

Security Representative (Corporate Security): Serving as a first responder for all event management incidents and protecting company assets, information, and personnel. Focus on conducting patrols, managing access control, and documenting safety hazards in a 100% in-office environment.

Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (100% In-Office at 483 Bay Street)

Salary: $60,000–$81,000 CAD

What you will do

• Act as a first responder for medical emergencies, unauthorized entries, and facility evacuations.
• Conduct regular patrols and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and safety standards.
• Manage the security badging station, including customer verification and access control processing.
• Prepare detailed written incident reports using internal computer applications.
• Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and business units.

Requirements

• Must have current work authorization for Canada.
• 2+ years of experience in a corporate security role with customer service focus.
• Completed 2-year post-secondary program or equivalent work experience.
• Valid license as per PSISA (Private Security and Investigative Services Act).
• Ability to work rotating shifts between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm.
• Possession of first responder certifications.
