About the Role
You will help run daily operations for a regulated digital asset custody business. You will resolve client requests, support onboarding, monitor digital asset and fiat movements, coordinate with product and development teams, manage escalations, and improve operational processes, workflows, and dashboards. You will also contribute to initiatives supporting the CADD stablecoin business.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Economics Finance Engineering Computer Science or a similar technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in digital assets or financial operations
- Familiarity with digital assets and blockchain
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to learn experiment and deliver innovative solutions
- Ability to lead projects independently manage time and handle escalations maturely
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
Responsibilities
- Manage operational workflows and resolve complex operational issues
- Handle customer inquiries and support client onboarding and ongoing needs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives independently
- Design and improve scalable operational processes and procedures
- Provide functional and technical support for digital asset and fiat fund movements
- Coordinate product and development teams on product launches and platform updates
- Turn complex data sets into understandable workflows and dashboards
- Collaborate with Client Service Product Business Development Compliance and Finance teams
