What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Lead virtual teams including presales, partner managers, and customer success to deliver wins.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
• Strategically engage with business stakeholders and technical decision-makers to position identity security value.
• Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to drive pipeline growth and account coverage.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and data hygiene within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Must be based in New Jersey, USA.
• Proven experience in enterprise software sales and managing complex sales cycles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams and act as a quarterback for sales opportunities.
• Proficiency in competitive positioning against market rivals like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Strong communication skills for discovery calls and executive-level presentations.
