What you will do

• Lead the outcome-focused delivery of ServiceNow ITAM capabilities (HAM & SAM).
• Contribute to the ServiceNow AI platform roadmap and technical governance policies.
• Design and deploy integrations with third-party asset applications like SCCM, InTune, and Jamf.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes using AI and automation.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure platform reliability.
• Advocate for ServiceNow as the enterprise digital front door and asset management platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proven expertise in implementing CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, HAM, and SAM.
• Current ServiceNow implementation specialist certifications (Discovery, HAM, or SAM) and System Administrator certification.
• Strong competency in ITIL methodology and pro-code development (Glide APIs, JavaScript).
• Experience with QA methodologies and integration tools like REST APIs and IntegrationHub.

Nice to have

• ArchX or Certified Technical Architect designation.
• Exposure to Performance Analytics, AI Control Tower, or GRC modules.
