What you will do
- Own and oversee the full sales cycle, including qualification, demonstrations, RFP responses, and negotiations.
- Lead virtual teams of presales, partner managers, and customer success to deliver wins.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
- Engage with business stakeholders and technical decision-makers to communicate value propositions.
- Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to drive pipeline growth and account coverage.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and data hygiene within Salesforce and Clari.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Proven experience in strategic sales, specifically within the identity security or enterprise software space.
- Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams and act as a quarterback for complex deals.
- Proficiency in competitive positioning against major market players like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
- Strong communication skills for discovery calls and stakeholder management.
- Experience utilizing CRM tools for territory planning and accurate forecasting.
