What you will do

  • Own and oversee the full sales cycle, including qualification, demonstrations, RFP responses, and negotiations.
  • Lead virtual teams of presales, partner managers, and customer success to deliver wins.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and technical decision-makers to communicate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to drive pipeline growth and account coverage.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and data hygiene within Salesforce and Clari.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Proven experience in strategic sales, specifically within the identity security or enterprise software space.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams and act as a quarterback for complex deals.
  • Proficiency in competitive positioning against major market players like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
  • Strong communication skills for discovery calls and stakeholder management.
  • Experience utilizing CRM tools for territory planning and accurate forecasting.
