What you will do

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, social selling, and targeted campaigns.
  • Manage and enrich a high-quality sales pipeline to fuel commercial success.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers to secure high-quality sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partners to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and analyze performance trends.
  • Present tailored sales proposals and support strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sweden or the UK.
  • Fluent English and Swedish required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or commercial prospecting.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills.
  • Ambition to evolve toward broader sales or account management responsibilities.
