What you will do
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, social selling, and targeted campaigns.
- Manage and enrich a high-quality sales pipeline to fuel commercial success.
- Identify and engage decision-makers to secure high-quality sales meetings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partners to convert leads into opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and analyze performance trends.
- Present tailored sales proposals and support strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sweden or the UK.
- Fluent English and Swedish required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or commercial prospecting.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills.
- Ambition to evolve toward broader sales or account management responsibilities.
