What you will do

• Act as the primary marketing liaison for assigned clients, maintaining satisfaction and strengthening relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce innovative marketing tactics, channels, and offerings.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Program teams to grow opportunities across territories.
• Forecast and track account metrics, interpret analytics, and use insights to optimize performance.
• Draft creative/strategy briefs, coordinate project delivery with Producers, and translate client feedback into action.
• Coordinate invoicing with Financial Operations and Producers and support agency KPIs and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Location: Must live in Eastern Pennsylvania or Western New Jersey for client meetings.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing account management, client services, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and project management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Authorization to work in the country where the position is located; no employer sponsorship/support for immigration.
