Salary: $118,807 – $201,971

What you will do
- Lead marketing and advertising strategies for energy-efficiency clients in Southern California.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to develop and deliver comprehensive marketing plans.
- Collaborate on business-growth opportunities, including shaping strategies and responding to RFPs.
- Coordinate with the Creative Studio to produce standout marketing materials across multiple channels.
- Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, and deliver monthly performance reporting.
- Oversee the review and approval process for marketing materials across internal and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or account management at an agency.
- Knowledge of and experience in marketing to Southern California residents and businesses.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and occasionally (up to 25%) for other business needs.
- Strong command of financial management and project budgeting.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

- Experience in energy, environment, utilities, or government sectors.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and email management systems.
- Proven track record of supporting sales and program teams to drive results.
