Location: Must live within California, with a significant preference for Central CA (Bay Area/Fresno) for regular client travel.

Compensation: $77,300 – $110,500 USD

What you will do

• Coach and motivate facility management teams to adopt energy efficiency practices.
• Facilitate training workshops and conduct onsite energy audits.
• Analyze industrial process performance using statistical methods and monitoring equipment.
• Develop and write comprehensive site improvement plans and technical reports.
• Create professional, visually engaging presentations and documentation for diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Must reside in California with ability to travel to client sites.
• Experience with continuous improvement, change management, or Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
