What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design execution from concept development through construction support and closeout.
• Integrate federal criteria, contractual requirements, and discipline inputs into a controlled delivery process.
• Oversee design readiness, action tracking, and the closure of technical deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, vendors, and subconsultants.
• Manage design review cycles, QA/QC processes, and interdisciplinary comment resolution.
• Monitor design risks, assumptions, and changes impacting scope, schedule, or quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in design, engineering, or multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Proven experience leading design management on complex, regulated, or mission-critical projects.
• Deep knowledge of requirements management, contract interpretation, and change management.
• Security clearance eligibility or active Secret clearance required.
