Cost Engineer (Data Center)

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year.

What you will do

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, plans, and benchmarking data.
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options to improve project efficiency.
• Identify project risks and maintain the Risk Register.
• Create and manage cost control reports, change order logs, and invoice logs.
• Participate in design team and client meetings to assess cost implications and document outcomes.
• Assist in developing standardized project templates for consistent documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of cost management experience.
• Proficiency in advanced CostX functions for estimation and billing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
