Compensation: $28.00–$31.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead and strengthen strategic relationships with weatherization contractors.
• Develop and facilitate custom training initiatives to improve installation quality and customer satisfaction.
• Perform field ridealongs to reinforce training and identify areas for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with the program team to align strategies with KPIs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure contractor compliance with program standards and safety protocols during equipment installation.
• Analyze performance data and submit electronic reports via Salesforce.

Requirements

• Must be located in Kern County, California.
• Ability to travel up to 80% locally within Kern County and PG&E service territory.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record and insurance.
• 2+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry.
• Natural Gas Appliance Testing Technician (NGAT) certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and web-based applications.

• Prior inspection and training experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce-based CRM.
