Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 USD

What you will do

• Monitor facility voltage and real power controls for BESS, PV, and Wind assets in real-time.
• Review unit control system data to identify, flag, and correct dispatch errors.
• Respond to operational anomalies and implement corrective measures for control system issues.
• Collaborate with SCADA/Controls Engineering and IT to design and refine real-time alarm systems.
• Author and maintain detailed control procedures and training materials for Operations Specialists.
• Ensure all facilities meet regulatory standards for energy and ancillary services dispatch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant experience in electrical & power generation.
• 3+ years of experience in Control Center Operations.
• Proficiency in plant and electrical system designs and SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of NERC, ERCOT, WECC, CAISO, PJM, and SPP regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
