Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do
- Execute development engineering design activities and system performance modeling.
- Coordinate across electrical, civil, and structural disciplines for preliminary designs (0–30%).
- Act as a technical liaison between internal design teams, business development, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company and client QA/QC standards.
- Support proposal teams with pricing and pre-sales technical communication.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental performance analysis tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of engineering or relevant technical experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of electrical and civil engineering principles.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Commercial understanding of the engineering or construction industries.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience supporting feasibility studies or early-stage project planning.
- Background in consulting, EPC, or design-build environments.
