What you will do

  • Lead and conduct impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses for energy efficiency programs.
  • Manage evaluation projects to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Mentor and manage engineering and analytical staff, coordinating fieldwork and technical research.
  • Oversee primary and secondary data collection, including site visits, metering, and database acquisition.
  • Lead measurement and verification (M&V) activities using engineering calculations and regression modeling.
  • Develop technical reports, findings, and actionable recommendations for regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in impact evaluation of energy efficiency programs.
  • Expert understanding of building systems and energy end uses in commercial and industrial sectors.
  • In-depth experience with energy assessments, data analysis, and Measurement and Verification (M&V).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
