What you will do
- Lead and conduct impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses for energy efficiency programs.
- Manage evaluation projects to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Mentor and manage engineering and analytical staff, coordinating fieldwork and technical research.
- Oversee primary and secondary data collection, including site visits, metering, and database acquisition.
- Lead measurement and verification (M&V) activities using engineering calculations and regression modeling.
- Develop technical reports, findings, and actionable recommendations for regulatory stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in impact evaluation of energy efficiency programs.
- Expert understanding of building systems and energy end uses in commercial and industrial sectors.
- In-depth experience with energy assessments, data analysis, and Measurement and Verification (M&V).
- Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
