What you will do
- Lead complex performance improvement engagements within the Clinical and Quality Transformation (CQT) pillar, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Serve as engagement director for small projects or act as SME/service line lead for integrated client delivery projects.
- Develop project plans and client deliverables; independently implement deliverables and lead performance improvement work teams.
- Analyze clinical/operational data to identify issues and develop solutions aligned with process improvement goals.
- Create client-facing materials (e.g., slide decks) and independently meet with clients and executives to advance deliverables.
- Manage, develop, mentor, and coach junior staff; submit accurate and timely expense reports and time entry.
Requirements
- Work authorization: Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
- Either 6+ years of clinical performance improvement consulting experience or 10+ years in a relevant industry role with relevant licensure/certifications.
- At least five years of experience in a relevant director-level leadership role (e.g., Registered Nurse, Social Worker, or health system performance improvement with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP certification).
- Bachelor’s degree required in health or related field; Master’s preferred (or must enroll and earn within three years).
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and benchmarking tools; strong communication, analytical, and client management skills.
- Operational knowledge of perioperative/procedural departments (e.g., Operating Room, PACU, Ambulatory Surgery, Sterile Processing, Preadmission Testing, Endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization Lab) and standards of care (e.g., AORN, ASPAN).
