Salary: $100,000 – $230,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and oversee omnichannel engagement strategies across social, CRM, web, and paid media channels.
• Lead strategic development for major healthcare accounts, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
• Mentor and motivate junior strategists, fostering a culture of growth and creative risk-taking.
• Collaborate with Client Engagement, Medical, and Creative teams to deliver integrated brand communications.
• Manage senior client relationships, acting as a key strategic partner and advisor.
• Lead workshop planning, new business pitches, and the development of measurement and analytics approaches.

Requirements

• 7-13 years of experience in market research, strategic planning, and CX within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in managing and mentoring teams.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel strategy and HCP/DTC marketing dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering compelling presentations and proposals.
