Salary: $60,000 – $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of medical education projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Serve as the primary partner for assigned client accounts, identifying new opportunities and selling in additional services.
- Mentor and train junior team members on project requirements, creative evaluation, and agency processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver breakthrough creative and innovative programs.
- Monitor account financial health, including accurate time tracking and budget management.
- Participate in brand planning, strategy sessions, and new business pitches.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a senior account manager specifically in medical education programs.
- Strong professional work ethic with the ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting.
- Willingness to work overtime, travel, and attend off-hour events as required by business needs.
- Proven ability to train and develop junior staff members.
- Sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with key opinion leaders.
