What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants across multiple high-impact healthcare projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Manage complex consulting engagements focused on operations improvement, clinical transformation, and revenue cycle management.
• Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities and leading proposal development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite leaders to manage relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance, project budgets, and KPIs to measure project success and business impact.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience, with 15+ years specifically in healthcare consulting preferred.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or partner-level role.
• Must be able to travel 61-80% within the US.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's (MBA, MHA, MPH) strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in healthcare systems, value-based care, and clinical workflows.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other healthcare-related credentials.
• Proven experience with Kaizen and operations improvement methodologies.
