What you will do

• Analyze historical and projected financial information to support valuation engagements.
• Develop and direct junior staff in creating detailed financial models for companies and investments.
• Manage large data sets efficiently using Microsoft Excel and platforms like Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
• Present thorough valuation analyses to clients, including hedge funds, private equity, and corporations.
• Communicate project status and results effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in business development activities and client meetings to expand professional networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of prior valuation work experience, preferably at a national accounting or valuation firm.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Proven experience leading the development and completion of client-ready valuation deliverables.
• Strong financial modeling skills and technical valuation competencies.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior staff effectively.

Nice to have

• Significant progress toward an ASA designation or similar professional certification.
• Experience with Option Pricing Models (Black Scholes) and/or Monte Carlo simulation.
