What you will do

• Develop and execute complex financial models and valuation analyses for Industrials sector clients.
• Manage transaction processes including M&A, fixed income, and equity issuances.
• Prepare client presentations detailing industry trends and strategic recommendations.
• Lead due diligence processes, including review of tax returns, legal documents, and financial statements.
• Coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers to facilitate deal execution.
• Design custom reports to assist the investment committee in evaluating risks and performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 1 year of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in client engagement teams, due diligence, and transaction structuring.
• Expertise in financial accounting, tax planning, and advisory services.
• Ability to identify and analyze tax risks and opportunities for business restructuring.
• Experience with international tax research, compliance, and deal structuring.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
