Structured Products Senior Associate (Finance): Performing complex valuation engagements across the alternative credit spectrum with an accent on illiquid private credit investments and whole loan portfolios. Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: in-person attendance at least three days per week at a GT office or client site)

Salary: $126,960 – $161,874

What you will do

• Perform independent valuations of alternative credit investments, including private loans and non-bank lending exposures.
• Analyze whole loan portfolios (residential, auto, and small business loans) including loan tapes and performance trends.
• Value structured finance instruments such as CLOs, ABS, RMBS, and CMBS using Bloomberg and INTEXCalc.
• Develop and maintain valuation models based on income approach and market yield calibration consistent with ASC 820.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation and valuation memos supporting quantitative and qualitative conclusions.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Engineering, or Information Technology.
• 2–4 years of experience in valuation or credit analysis focused on private credit or structured finance.
• Strong understanding of illiquid credit valuation methodologies (DCF, market yield calibration).
• Working knowledge of ASC 820, US GAAP, and fair value reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY.
