What you will do

• Manage the SHEQ team, providing guidance and professional development.
• Create and update SHEQ policies and management systems including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses for all operations.
• Lead investigations into accidents and near-misses to implement corrective actions.
• Promote a positive safety culture through training and leadership engagement.
• Prepare performance reports and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Must hold a full UK driving license and have a vehicle for work purposes.
• Must have previous experience in the construction or property services sector.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• CMIOSH status or actively working towards it.
• Strong understanding of property maintenance safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to build effective relationships with operational teams and subcontractors.
