What you will do

• Prepare project scopes, business cases, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Lead stakeholder communication, providing regular technical and managerial updates.
• Manage project execution to deliver scope, budget, quality, and safety targets.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, EHS standards, and internal procedures.
• Supervise on-site contractors for ACM removal, demolition, civil works, and construction.
• Coordinate with external design partners to oversee project progress through all stages.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or similar.
• Experience working in industrial environments.
• Strong project management experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Broad knowledge of asbestos, EHS topics, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors with a strong safety focus.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
