What you will do
- Serve as the visible point of contact for residents throughout project lifecycles.
- Communicate project updates, work processes, and changes via newsletters, meetings, and site visits.
- Coordinate the handover of keys to site teams and manage access requirements.
- Provide high-standard customer aftercare to ensure works are completed to satisfaction.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts between residents, clients, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence and own a car.
- Must be able to pass a DBS check.
- Proven experience in a resident liaison or community engagement role, preferably within a contractor or client-side environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage difficult situations and stakeholders.
- Resilience under pressure and a professional approach to public-facing duties.
