What you will do

• Deliver technical and commercial support for FMC’s crop protection, nutrition, and biostimulant portfolio.
• Partner with trials organizations, processors, and industry bodies to support product development, positioning, and best-practice implementation.
• Advise and influence distribution teams, independent agronomists, and growers to drive successful product adoption.
• Provide comprehensive technical capability across a wide range of crops to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with agricultural suppliers, advisors, and industry influencers across the UK.

Requirements

• Degree educated, preferably in an agricultural or scientific discipline.
• BASIS qualified; FACTS qualification desirable.
• Proven technical track record in crop production and crop protection, with ability to translate technical knowledge into commercial support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for advising diverse stakeholders across the agricultural sector.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Full, valid driver’s licence (essential due to travel requirements).
