What you will do

• Shape the best approach and proposed use of the NEC Housing platform for each client based on business requirements and organizational architecture.
• Plan and manage NEC Housing demonstrations for prospects and existing clients, ensuring the sessions match client goals.
• Liaise with the sales team for pre- and post-demonstration engagement and provide subject matter expertise for platform queries.
• Assist with production of bid responses and tender-related materials in collaboration with colleagues across the business.
• Keep up to date with NEC Housing changes (new functionality and technical/pre-requisite considerations) through research and self-sufficient training.
• Configure and maintain a demonstration version of the NEC Housing platform aligned with the latest features and required business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales, or proven presentation capability from working with public sector customers (private sector or public sector).
• Good working knowledge of the social housing sector.
• Experience using and/or demonstrating an integrated housing management solution.
• Full UK Driving Licence (travel is required).
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK (documentary evidence required).
• Strong English command (written and verbal).
